Service Description

Each Monday, join us as we flow together at Cafe Con Leche or at home for these in person and virtual classes and introduce our body, mind, and spirit to weekly Yoga flow. This practice offers students therapeutic massage during the flow using Thai Yoga Massage techniques allowing optimal reduction of tension and stress that everyone reaches CALM AF status. The sessions ends with a community tea time.
